Especially since the Eighteenth National Congress, this emerging force has attracted worldwide attention for its more vigorous, vigorous and ambitious spirit.
Some people are still immersed in the theory of historical certainty and fate circle. They believe that a powerful country must be hegemonic and a hegemonic country must fight for its hegemony. However, in today's means of war, there will be two wounds and no winner. In fact, this pessimistic argument is also contrary to historical materialism.
What leads the development of human history is neither the conflict between civilizations nor the struggle among great powers, but the revolution of productive forces. It enables mankind to move from the realm of necessity to the realm of freedom. The productivity revolution of one and another promotes a more civilized social form than one. None of the peasant uprisings of past dynasties had overthrown feudalism; an industrial revolution had made it impossible for it to turn over forever. How many proletarian revolutions have not subverted the capitalist system, but an information revolution can make it change its own social form automatically. This is the truth of Marx's materialist conception of history.
After this information revolution, the developed countries in the West have produced new productive forces, which are bound to have new social forms and ideological concepts to adapt to them. As for their new social form in the future, it is not important not to call socialism or communism. Whatever the doctrine is, it is important for them to reform all kinds of drawbacks and shortcomings of capitalism, so as to make the new social form better and closer to socialism.
China, emerging in the East, is about to complete its industrialization, but it has already broken into the information revolution by overtaking the curve, and is on the same starting line as the developed countries in the West. This autumn, the world's first "quantum satellite" lifted off in China, which is a clear sign.
Therefore, the third revolution of human productivity, information revolution, guided by quantum mechanics theory, occurs simultaneously in the eastern and Western world and goes in opposite directions. It will surely become a new trend of history. Thus, the common ground and cooperation between great powers are far greater than differences and frictions. Xi Jinping's advocacy of a new type of relations between major powers and a win-win foreign policy of peace will inevitably follow the trend and be unstoppable.
